Jr. Programmer

gomembers, Inc. is the leading provider of comprehensive software and technology solutions designed to meet the needs of member-based organizations and the needs of the meetings and convention industries. We are currently seeking Jr. Programmers to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. We need dependable, motivated and detail-oriented individuals with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Primary Duties
	• Maintain existing software programs. • Implement programs based on specifications. • Perform code review for better software quality and for conformance of the program to its intended functionality. • Assist in proof of concept work to evaluate different design and implementation options.
Qualifications
	• Must have the ability to adapt and quickly master new technologies. • Have or be pursuing Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a four-year College or University. • 1-2 years of experience in programming in various languages, testing of software applications and understanding of software development life cycle is required. • Good communication skills are essential.
Technical Skills
	• C# • Microsoft .Net Framework: 1.1, 2.0, and 3.0 • Progress 4GL is a plus • Visual Basic • SQL • Relational DBMS • Microsoft Reporting Services • Crystal Reports • Access programming
