"The University of Iowa Center for Conferences has been using Meetingtrak since 1997. We have a very small staff, managing seventy to eighty conferences a year. The reports that come with the product allow us to produce attendee lists, name badges, mailing lists, mass emails, I could go on and on...the reports allow us to do these things with just a few clicks of the buttons.

We upgraded our software in 2003. We looked at other products at the time and never found one that offered the functionality that matched Meetingtrak. This is a product that is perfect for tracking data for meetings, conferences and continuing education.

The Meetingtrak online registration is invaluable. Many of our clients have moved away from paper brochures and mailings into an online environment. The online interface with Meetingtrak has allowed our office to offer online registration and credit card payment as a seamless part of data management.

We just upgraded again to Meetingtrak version 7.0 for Office 2007. This version is even easier to use - we're getting spoiled. I can't imagine using another product."

Our CME registrar was unexpectedly hospitalized recently. Unfortunately, she was the only person who knew and worked with the Meetingtrak software.  I called gomembers in a panic, asking for any help to process registrations and perform some emergency functions.
