When
a call (phone, fax or email) is received by Customer Support, the
call is logged into our call tracking system. An acknowledgement/response
is sent to the person placing the call via email. This acknowledgement
includes the call tracking number along with a description of the
call. The acknowledgement should be reviewed to verify the issue
has been recorded correctly.
We
urge our customers to contact gomembers’ Customer Support,
rather than attempting to contact technical staff or Project Managers
directly (unless a Representative or Project Manager is working
on an existing call). This will ensure that you get the best possible
service.
When
placing a call please indicate the priority based upon the following:

Calls
are assigned to a Representative based on the nature of the call.
When reporting a support issue, please remember to include the following
information:
