In order to address the broad range of user needs and to optimize productivity, gomembers CRM was developed to provide a personalized user experience tailored to the roles of individuals, groups and staff.

One of the unique aspects of the CRM system is the User Interface Builder (UIB). The UIB includes an editor that allows for user definable home pages, menus and forms and views. The UIB is used to create a role-based system where users can create a custom work environment and arrange pages in a format that suits their specific individual and departmental needs. The Home Page Editor allows each user to customize their home page based on their role in the association. For example, the home page for an Executive Director may be comprised of different elements than the home page for a Customer Service Manager.

By using the Home Page Editor, a user can add or remove tabs, columns, modules, change the module properties, and reposition columns and modules on the screen. The Menu Editor allows users to create easy access points to all aspects of the gomembers system. Each user can define menus to meet their individual needs. The Screen Editor provides users the ability to add, update and remove tabs, sections and fields on gomembers forms. The View Editor provides users the ability to modify, create, or remove views.
