Prerequisites:
Attending Constituents and Address Processing is required prior
to attending. This course is geared towards meeting planners, meeting
managers, IT managers responsible for setting up information, and
any users responsible for the various aspects of meetings.
Description:
Set-Up (day one): The Meetings Set-Up course introduces
students to the comprehensive steps for initializing a meeting.
Students will learn how to establish date and fee schedules, how
to enter ribbons and badges. This class will also discuss the important
steps associated with set-up and closing a meeting.
Processing (day two): The Meeting
Processing course will provide students with hands-on, practical
experience on all facets of registering attendees and guests. Students
will learn to enter registrations, make changes to an attendee records,
and cancel registrations. Managing the wait list and marking attendees
and no shows are also included.
